George Molnar
Managing Director

I have been in the joinery business since 1988. I gained my industry qualifications in 1991. I’m continually inspired by the latest design concepts and leading technology advancements my industry strives to produce. My clients benefit from my extensive joinery background and practical knowledge from initial design through to production and installation.		  

Colin Hayes
Sales & Design Manager

Colin’s design experience spanning 11 years enables him to precisely interpret clients’ ideas and turn them into stunning reality, He’s a whizz on the latest design technology software, he presents stunningly realistic designs so clients can truly visualize the end result.

Phil Holland
Production Manager

Phil has 20 years joinery experience that follows the progress of a clients’ project from design acceptance to final sign-off. He’s in regular contact with builders and our factory manager ensuring everything is running smoothly.
         

Owen Workman
Commercial Sales &
Quotation Manager

Owen is an Advanced Trade Certified Joiner, his practical skills and 17 year joinery knowledge allows him to accurately read plans, evaluate costs and clearly present the resulting quotes to clients. 		 

Hamish Drummond
Factory Manager

Hamish runs the “coal face” of the operation. He’s in charge of the smooth running of our leading edge cutting technology and equipment. He ensures all jobs are manufactured and installed on time to his exacting quality standards.

Robyn Thomas
Office Manager

Robyn keeps the company accounts in tip top shape. She runs the Bays Joinery office and accounting systems. She assists clients and suppliers with any invoicing and payment questions.

9am to 5pm weekdays and 10am to 1pm on Saturdays.

Bays Joinery Marlborough Showrrom
25 Redwood Street, Blenheim
8:30am to 5pm weekdays and 9am to 12pm on Saturdays.
