Experienced Joiner/Cabinet Maker

This is a full-time, permanent position working from our manufacturing premises at 6 Tokomaru Place, Wakatu Industrial Estate, Stoke, in Nelson.
Due to our current growth we are looking for an experienced and self motivated person to join our team.

Succesful applicant will have:

  • Experience with all facets of kitchen & timber joinery.
  • Ability to work unsupervised & as part of a team.
  • Be friendly, honest & reliable.
  • Motivated with a great attitude & attention to detail.
  • Installation experience.

Joiner/Cabinet Maker

Joinery & Kitchen Project Manager / Detailer

We design & build award-winning joinery for residential & commercial projects, predominantly in the Nelson Marlborough area.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in our factory & showroom at 6 Tokomaru Place, Wakatu Industrial Estate, Stoke, Nelson.
We are seeking an experienced Programmer/Detailer with project management skills & experience. They will be responsible for the successful outcome of our quality, custom projects. These include kitchens, wardrobes, solid timber & commercial joinery.

In this role you will be part of a team responsible for:

  • Detailing & CNC programming using software including 20-20, iMos and ASPAN.
  • Purchasing products.
  • Designing workflow sequence, cut lists & parts.
  • Organisation of sub-trades.
  • Overview of project through to successful completion.

Applicants MUST have:

  • At least 5 years joinery or cabinet making experience & qualifications.
  • Strong computer skills, logical thinking & be willing to follow in-house procedures.
  • Self-motivation, reliability & be well organized.
  • Leadership qualities & good communication skills.
  • A positive attitude with problem solving ability.
  • Ability to perform under pressure & take responsibility.
